After years of desperately wanting to, I have finally started work on archiving music made by women in Women's Liberation Movement in the UK.

First stop in this journey has been a research blog documenting one my favourite 'lost' feminist bands from the 1980s, The Fabulous Dirt Sisters.The blog includes photographs, oral histories, biographies, information about other bands of the time and, of course, music.

From the material I gather my plan is to write a living biography of the band that tells the social history of the 1980s, using their life stories as a starting point.
