Since 2005, I have been organising queer friendly, woman positive club nights with the F.A.G club collective.

Originally based in Cardiff, we now run monthly events in Bristol in order to challenge the under-representation of women and queer people in the local music and arts scenes.

Our nights are a mix up of grassroots empowerment for local acts and a celebration of the best transnational queer entertainment from performers such as Rae Spoon, The Tommies, Noisy Pig and Vale Poher.

At F.A.G club anything goes and usually does. We mix up performance art, cabaret, punk rock and electro, as well as some of the best queer and feminist music from the past four years and, of course, lots and lots of tea.
